Dr. Wade S. Zarella Au.D., CCC-A
Wade S. Zarella, a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, first came to the desert in 1993 and joined the Hearing Institute in 1995 as Director of Audiology. A recognized expert in his field, Dr. Zarella holds a Doctor of Audiology degree from Arizona School of Health Sciences and a Master of Arts degree in Audiology from San Jose State University. He also holds a Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
In addition, Dr. Zarella is licensed by the state of California in Audiology and is a member of the American Tinnitus Association.
Dr. Zarella has trained extensively with state-of-the-art technologies aimed at providing clients with the best in diagnostic Audiology, hearing aid evaluations and comprehensive pre-and-post fitting services.
Chelsea Turville B.A. Audiology Assistant
Chelsea joined the Hearing Institute in June of 2009. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Deaf Studies and is fluent in American Sign Language. Chelsea is a certified Audiology Assistant specializing in basic hearing screenings and hearing aid checks, cleanings, and basic repairs. She also has extensive experience and knowledge in the use of assistive listening device technology, including amplified phones and T.V. wireless devices.
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER: Dayna Meyer
Dayna Meyer has been with the Hearing Institute since 1997 and handles all facets of human resources and account management.
Elaine joined the Hearing Institute in 2010 as a patient coordinator. She handles all facets of client services and insurance billing.
