Dr. Wade S. Zarella Au.D., CCC-A
Wade S. Zarella, a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, first came to the desert in 1993 and joined the Hearing Institute in 1995 as Director of Audiology. A recognized expert in his field, Dr. Zarella holds a Doctor of Audiology degree from Arizona School of Health Sciences and a Master of Arts degree in Audiology from San Jose State University. He also holds a Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
In addition, Dr. Zarella is licensed by the state of California in Audiology and is a member of the American Tinnitus Association. Dr. Zarella has trained extensively with state-of-the-art technologies aimed at providing clients with the best in diagnostic Audiology, hearing aid evaluations and comprehensive pre-and-post fitting services.
Shane C. Meyer
Shane Meyer joined hearing Institute in 2022. He has completed an audiology Assistant training program through nova Southeastern University. Shane is available for a wide variety of hearing aid services, including but not limited to hearing aid repairs, routine maintenance, hearing aid cleaning, routine audiological screenings, and hearing aid Bluetooth assistant. Shane comes from a background of ear/nose and throat medical care and as a valuable experience to his team.
Dayna Meyer
Dayna Meyer has been with the Hearing Institute since 1997 and handles all facets of human resources and account management.
Elaine Montez
Elaine joined the Hearing Institute in 2010 as a patient coordinator. She handles all facets of client services and insurance billing.
